Return Policy
Your product can be returned within 30 days of the purchase date and your order will be fully refunded. The buyer will be responsible for shipping costs back to General Season. Products must be returned to the Company in its original condition and in its original packaging. Return all items to the following address:

Please write down your order information, primarily your order number, to make sure we can identify your order for a refund.
1-Year Warranty
We think our products are made with quality materials and workmanship, but in order to keep prices low for everybody we’ve chosen not to carry extended warranty liabilities. To make sure we limit that cost and keep prices low we’ve set our warranty period at 1-year.
We’re in the business of selling good products at affordable prices. If there’s a defect caused by us (your product doesn’t work like it should because of how we manufactured or assembled it), notify us within 1-year of your purchase date by emailing Lane at lane@generalseason.com and we’ll work with you to provide a replacement product.
If your product was destroyed because you dropped it off a cliff or ran it over after spotting a giant muley, we understand, but we ask that you purchase a replacement product rather than having it warrantied. We’re not going to challenge it - you tell us it’s our fault and we’re warrantying the product. Again, this is to help keep our prices low.
